Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Profitma account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to profitmaapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Profitma account with the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

Your name, email address, and profile picture
Your reading progress across all books
Your login history and timestamps
Your referral code and referral history
Your account session data

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Subscription billing records (required for tax and financial compliance)
Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you

Payment records are held by Razorpay per their own retention policy.

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first from your Account page before requesting deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund your subscription.
