Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Profitma ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our") at https://profitma.app, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Profitma under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Profitma is a trading analytics platform designed for retail traders in India. The Platform provides: • Trade import and tracking via Zerodha Kite Connect API • Performance analytics including win rate, profit & loss, drawdown, and risk-reward ratio • Trader Score — a composite performance index (0–100) • AI-powered insights into trading patterns such as overtrading, time-slot performance, and strategy analysis • Daily trading reports and streak analysis Profitma is strictly an analytics and journaling tool. We do NOT provide investment advice, stock recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.

Profitma is NOT registered as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or Stockbroker with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or any other regulation. • All analytics, scores, and reports provided by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. • Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. • Past performance data shown in your analytics does not guarantee future trading results. • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their financial consequences. • We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decisions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that Profitma is an analytics tool only and that all trading decisions are made by you independently.

The Platform integrates with Zerodha Kite Connect API to import your trade data. By connecting your Zerodha account: • You authorise Profitma to read your trade history via the Kite Connect API using OAuth 2.0 • We access only your trade data (executed orders) — we do NOT access your funds, place orders, or transfer money • Your Zerodha login credentials are never stored on our servers; authentication is handled entirely by Zerodha's OAuth flow • Kite Connect access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to fetch your trade history • You can revoke access at any time from your Zerodha account settings or from your Profitma settings page Your use of Zerodha services is also governed by Zerodha's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Profitma is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zerodha Broking Ltd.

To use the Platform you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately at support@profitma.app of any unauthorised access to your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Profitma is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

Profitma offers a Free plan and a Pro plan (₹299/month or as updated on the pricing page). Pro Subscription: • Billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) • Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay or similar) • No refunds are provided for the current billing period once payment has been processed • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice via email Free Plan: • Always free with limited features as described on the pricing page • We reserve the right to modify Free plan features at any time All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform • Share your account credentials with third parties • Use analytics outputs for commercial redistribution without written permission • Misrepresent the Platform's outputs as SEBI-registered investment advice • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform or its infrastructure

All content, design, algorithms, software, and branding on the Platform — including the Trader Score methodology — are the exclusive intellectual property of Profitma and are protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial trading analytics purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Profitma shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or loss of profits arising from your use of or reliance on any analytics, scores, or reports provided by the Platform • Profitma's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of trade data imported via third-party APIs

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profitma, its founders, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: • Your violation of these Terms • Your use of the Platform in breach of applicable law • Any trading decisions made based on Platform analytics • Your infringement of any third-party rights

Profitma reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for: • Breach of these Terms • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity • Non-payment of applicable subscription fees Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your trade data before termination by contacting support@profitma.app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
