1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Profitma (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, readers, and subscribers of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Profitma is a digital reading platform that provides access to the Drishti Mastery Series — a collection of 8 books on trading and investing for Indian financial markets.

Book 1 — The Honest Beginner — is completely free, including all 10 chapters, with no subscription required. The Preface of Books 2–8 is also freely accessible. Full access to all chapters of Books 2–8 requires an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are available on two plans: Yearly — ₹499 (access for 1 year) and 3-Year — ₹999 (access for 3 years). Both plans provide identical full access to all 8 books and 80+ chapters.
• Both plans are one-time payments — you are charged once at checkout for the full access period. There is no automatic recurring charge.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation:
  • Your full access continues until the end of your paid access period.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are issued under any circumstances — including unused access days, early cancellation, accidental purchases, or any other reason.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

To access the Platform, you must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to book text, cover designs, graphics, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Profitma and its authors. All rights reserved.

You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, translate, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without prior written consent.

6. SEBI Compliance & Not Financial Advice

All content on Profitma is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an offer to provide any investment-related service.

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance of any strategy or instrument discussed is not indicative of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profitma and its authors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any trading or investment decisions made in reliance on content provided herein.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or republish any content from the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with any security features

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
